Terms and conditions of participation and information regarding photography and video recording
Further details regarding the terms and conditions of participation can be found in the programme, which will be published a few weeks before the event begins.

Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the event. These are used for the organiser’s documentation and public relations purposes (e.g. website, social media, press releases). If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact the event team or the photographers on site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the organiser).

Privacy notice
